AEW star Jon Moxley has commented on his improvisation in the ring, noting that he just does whatever he wants to in the moment.
One of AEW’s most popular stars, Moxley has gained a lot of popularity throughout his career due to his chaotic nature.
With the Blackpool Combat Club member often wrestling violent matches, and other times showcasing his grappling skills, it’s not always clear which Moxley will turn up.
Speaking with Chris Mueller, Moxley revealed that a lot of the time, he doesn’t know which version of him will turn up either.
Noting that he’s very spontaneous in matches, he explained:
“As far as like my own s**t, I just do whatever the f**k I feel like in the moment. If I stop what I’m doing and do a f**king spinaroonie in the middle of the match and take a wrench and gouge my f**king head open, its just because I f**king felt like doing it.
“You can’t tell me it was wrong, it’s self expression, it’s just what I f**king felt like doing. It’s what wrestling is to me, so like whatever I’m going to do is whatever I’m going to do in that moment.
“I don’t know what the f**k it is, it could be anything. You’ve got to tune in to find out I guess.
