Former AEW All-Atlantic Champion PAC is set to make his on-screen return having been injured since July 2023.
PAC’s injury was revealed on the August 4 2023 episode of AEW Rampage, with Tony Schiavone saying he would be out “quite a while.”
It would more recently be reported that PAC was seen backstage at AEW Dynamite Homecoming on January 10, 2024.
Dave Meltzer has now addressed PAC’s return in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, writing:
“Pac, who has been out of action since July, is expected back soon”
The nature of PAC’s injury hasn’t been disclosed though was believed to be serious in nature.
His last match was July 26, 2023, against Gravity on AEW Dynamite.
Prior to this, Pac also suffered an injury during the ladder match at AEW Full Gear in 2022.
He would return from the nose injury on July 12, 2023 on AEW Dynamite and be inured again during his match with Gravity on July 26.
PAC signed with AEW in January 2019 having left WWE in August 2018 leading to a brief tour in Dragon Gate.
During his time in AEW, PAC has been the inaugural AEW All-Atlantic Champion and a former AEW World Trios Champion.
