A WWE star has teased a surprise for another star ahead of Tuesday’s (February 27) edition of NXT.
On the February 20 episode, Lyra Valkyria defended her NXT Women’s Championship against Shotzi, then Lash Legend after Shotzi suffered an injury.
Earlier in the night, Valkyria had promised that if Tatum Paxley stayed away from ringside during her title defence, she’d give Paxley a big surprise.
Valkyria has now taken to Twitter ahead of this week’s show to confirm that the mystery will be revealed on Tuesday’s episode.
The NXT Women’s Champion wrote:
Tomorrow is a good day to give @TatumPaxley her surprise right @WWENXT?? 👀 Guesses?🪶
It has been speculated that Valkyria’s surprise will be related to a match at NXT Roadblock, a special set to take place on March 3.
The following matches have been announced for Tuesday’s show:
Noam Dar (c) vs. A member of No Quarter Catch Crew (Drew Gulak, Charlie Dempsey, Damon Kemp, or Myles Borne) – NXT Heritage Cup
Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows vs. Edris Enofe & Malik Blade
Dijak vs. Luca Crusifino
Lexis King vs. Von Wagner
Kiana James vs. Kelani Jordan
Shotzi has confirmed that she suffered an ACL injury during the taping for the February 20 edition of NXT, which you can read more about right here.
