On tonight’s AEW Dynamite, there was a new match confirmed for AEW Revolution featuring Chris Jericho after earlier, a match was cancelled.
Earlier in the day, Tony Khan announced via Twitter that the schedule ‘Meat Madness’ match at AEW Revolution set to feature Wardlow vs. Powerhouse Hobbs vs. Lance Archer had been ‘put on ice’.
Instead, Khan announced that more details regarding an ‘All-Star Scramble’ would be revealed later.
On tonight’s AEW Dynamite, the additional details about the newly added match to AEW Revolution was confirmed.
After a match where ‘Lionheart’ Chris Jericho beat CMLL’s Atlantis Jr, the participants in the scramble were announced.
There will be an eight-man All-Star Scramble with six participants already announced: Chris Jericho, Powerhouse Hobbs, Lance Archer, Wardlow, Brian Cake and HOOK already known.
The final two spots will be determined via qualifying matches on AEW Rampage and Collision.
The Rampage qualifier will be Matt Sydal vs CMLL’s Magnus, and the Collision qualifier will be Penta El Zero Miedo vs Bryan Keith vs Dante Martin.
