The 2024 WWE Hall Of Fame class is taking shape with Paul Heyman, Bull Nakano and the US Express (Mike Rotunda & Barry Windham) already selected for this year’s ceremony.
All three are incredibly deserving of the honor, with Heyman in particular an obvious candidate for this year’s ceremony given it’s location in the birthplace of ECW – Philadelphia.
We’re sure to find out more names as the weeks pass on this road to WrestleMania 40, but right now it’s time to take a stab at figuring out who else could join the 2024 class.
Typically the Hall of Fame sees five or six inductees, however, given that this is the WrestleMania XL, perhaps Triple H will upgrade and honor an extra name or two.
So, with that said let’s take a look at six more potential inductees into the 2024 WWE Hall Of Fame.
6. Bam Bam Bigelow
A Hall of Fame omission that continues to leave fans scratching their heads is ‘The Beast from the East’ Bam Bam Bigelow.
A true benchmark of athletic big men to this day, Bigelow defied conventions by executing moves unlike many others of his size throughout his two-decade career.
Bigelow competed for the likes of WWE, WCW, ECW and NJPW throughout his career, but it’s his time in WWE that is perhaps most memorable, having the rare distinction of main eventing WrestleMania XI against NFL Linebacker Lawrence Taylor.
Following his time in WWE he had a memorable three year spell in ECW, winning the promotion’s world championship in October, 1997.
This achievement would make him another logical choice for this year’s class, but in all honesty it should have happened quite some time ago. So, hopefully this year is the year.
