8. Randy Orton
Luke Harper and Randy Orton squared off at Elimination Chamber 2017, and the match was great. Whilst Harper wanted retribution over his former stablemate, Orton was firmly focused on Bray Wyatt and the WWE Championship. Harper felt like an afterthought and the pair have unfinished business.
This could be an interesting babyface route for Harper to go down upon his return. This would suit the tone of the statement he released last night, where he referenced how close he was to the WWE Championship and implied that he felt he had been overlooked.
Harper should come back with revenge on his mind, going after the man that took his spot in the Wyatt Family and also in the WWE Championship picture. Working with a seasoned veteran like Randy Orton, who is set to do battle with AJ Styles in eight days at WrestleMania 35 would show the intent WWE have for the former Smackdown Tag Team Champion. A serious feud packed with story and emotion could help put Harper back on the map in a big big way.
