The other option often speculated is that Edge could end his career with a short run in AEW.
Obviously there are a lot of names in AEW he’s never had the chance to work with; Kenny Omega, MJF, Claudio Castagnoli and Jon Moxley to name a few.
Then there’s the names he HAS worked with, including the Hardys and his best friend Christian Cage.
The often pitched retirement match for Edge was one last run with Christian against the Hardys, which I can see Tony Khan wanting to do.
