WWE
With Bayley recently returning to WWE television to reignite her rivalry with Lyra Valkyria, we will soon see the two come to a head in a major blow off match.
Per WrestleVotes, WWE is considering a ‘rare’ match stipulation for the women to use as the stipulation for the blow off match between Bayley and Lyra.
There are a number of potential options for what the stipulation could be for that match.
Iron Woman match
In 2015, Bayley was part of the first ever Iron Woman match in WWE, when her and Sasha Banks headlined NXT Takeover Respect for the NXT Women’s Championship.
In the 10 years since, Bayley has gone from the beloved underdog into an established veteran, with her and Lyra having several great singles encounters together in recent years.
The two women have more than enough talent to make an Iron Man match work.
Ambulance match

Damian Priest and Aleister Black had an ambulance match on the January 2 episode of SmackDown
The last Ambulance match in WWE took place back in January, when Damian Priest faced off against Aleister Black on the first SmackDown of 2026.
The match saw the involvement of both Zelina Vega and Rhea Ripley, so having women get involved in an Ambulance match is something that has been seen, though they themself have yet to have one.
Lyra took Bayley out of action for several weeks, so there’s definitely enough issues between them to make an Ambulance match work.
I Quit match

The use of the word ‘rare’ in the initial report implies that, while not often, there has been a women’s match with that stipulation take place in the company before.
There have been three women’s I Quit matches in WWE history, the most recent being Charlotte Flair against Ronda Rousey at Backlash in 2022, so it would definitely fall under the banner of being a ‘rare’ stipulation match for the women.
The I Quit match would make things even more interesting given the ongoing speculation surrounding Bayley and her future with the company, with the name ‘I Quit’ perhaps being literal in this instance to write Bayley off if she doesn’t re-sign.
At the end of the day, what stipulation WWE chooses doesn’t matter, as both women are good enough to have a great match regardless of stipulation, and what matters more is the booking coming out of the match.
