6 AEW Stars To Join New Chris Jericho Faction

1. Action Andretti

Now this is a very interesting one. Remember when Action Andretti defeated Chris Jericho in his debut match on AEW TV?

You do not? Well, neither does anyone else because AEW has not really done anything with the singles wrestler Action Andretti since.

If Andretti lands TV time it is usually in a trios team with Top Flight. Aside from that he has the occasional match in ROH.

Andretti was pretty much touted as the “future of the company” when he beat Jericho. It might be time to deliver on that and put him in the Learning Tree group.

While it’s very much up for debate whether Andretti reaches the heights that Jericho clearly hoped he would hit, there’s only one way to send him on his way and that’s by pairing him with Jericho as his new mentor.

It makes a lot of sense given Andretti’s current position on the card and lack of exciting prospects in his future, and it sure would also make for a nice way to tie things together with his opening angle in the company.

It could be Andretti and others on this list who could really benefit from Jericho’s guidance, or it could be the usual suspects like Jake Hager and Sammy Guevara. We shall see.
