A spoiler has emerged on a debut of sorts scheduled for Friday’s (May 31) edition of SmackDown, set to emanate from Albany, New York.
The Bloodline faction has undergone some drastic changes in recent months. With Roman Reigns absent since WrestleMania 40, Solo Sikoa has since stepped up as the group’s leader.
During this time, Sikoa has kicked Jimmy Uso out of the faction, and welcomed in Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa.
While the duo are best known for their stint as the Guerrillas of Destiny tag-team, Tama Tonga hasn’t wrestled alongside his brother since joining WWE.
Per WrestleVotes, WWE has plans for Tonga Loa to make his WWE in-ring debut on Friday’s show, teaming with his brother to face off against Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins of the Street Profits.
WrestleVotes tweeted:
As of this morning, tonight’s SmackDown will feature the team debut of the ex-‘Guerrillas of Destiny.’
Tonga Loa & Tama Tonga will take on The Street Profits.
Friday is actually Montez Ford’s birthday. He’s celebrating more than his birthday however, with Ford releasing a new album earlier in the day.
As was previously announced, Friday’s SmackDown episode will feature segments with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, and Queen of the Ring winner Nia Jax.
