LAX defeated The Fraternity

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xED9NS3ynb8

LAX came and beat the debuting Fraternity. One of the Fraternity brothers hit a nice diving cutter onto the ramp. When I first saw this match, I was thinking “quick squash match.” However, that was not the case. The Fraternity didn’t scream future tag champs, but they did enough to warrant sticking around in the tag division.

After the match, the OGz came out the ring. Last week, the old dudes behind a table instituted a cease fire. Neither crew can have any physicality until Bound For Glory, where it will be 3 on 3.

Santana and Ortiz are really good. I hope this all leads to them getting the push out of Bound For Glory and moving onto a new feud. We’ve seen LAX and oVe. Hopefully, we can get LAX vs. the Lucha Brothers.

Brian Cage defeated Kongo Kong

Brian Cage is an impressive man. 6’2” and 270+lbs. I wish he would wrestle just a bit more like a heavyweight and save the X-Division stuff for when he needs it. He does hit a great Moonsault, though. Having Kong as an opponent lets you see just how strong Cage really is.

After the match, Cage accepted oVe’s Challenge. While I’m looking forward to the match, I’m not sure why you wouldn’t want your X-Division Title on the show. I’m guessing Cage drops the title in Mexico through some kind of oVe interference. Look for Rich Swann and Matt Sydal to have an X-Division match at Bound For Glory.
