The Radicalz
A seemingly ordinary tag team match was set to take place on Raw on January 31, 2000. It would feature the New Age Outlaws taking on the team of Al Snow and Steve Blackman, who eventually became known as Head Cheese. But things took a turn for the interesting when the cameras shot over to the crowd as four men made their way to the front row of the arena. They were Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Dean Malenko and Perry Saturn, who became collectively known as The Radicalz. All of them were all relatively big stars for WCW, Benoit even won the WCW World Heavyweight Championship just weeks prior to their debut only to give it up to head to WWE. Many say this was one of the final nails in the coffin of the Monday Night Wars.
