10. Could Undisputed Era be an interchangeable faction? @RicG09913291

Thank you for your question @RicG09913291. Whilst, in theory, Undisputed Era could become an interchangeable faction like the Bullet Club, I would hope, and strongly suggest that NXT and WWE don’t opt to go down that route.

When you think of the best days of the nWo in WCW, do you think of the group featuring Scott Steiner, Lex Luger and Randy Savage, or do you just think of Scott Hall, Kevin Nash and Hollywood Hulk Hogan?

In the same vein, when I think of the Bullet Club in their heyday I think of the original group: Prince Devitt, Karl Anderson, Tama Tonga and Back Luck Fale, not Tajiri Ishimori, Chase Owens and Robbie Eagles etc…

My point is that when you starting mixing up a faction you take away from its individuality and what makes it unique. Undisputed Era has a lot of potential on the main roster, and what makes their act work is the fact that they are all similar, but with slight differences that compliment each other.

If you are adding members of the group, the dynamic will change, and being a part of the Undisputed Era will begin to mean nothing, as is now the case with the Bullet Club.

However, adding the odd member here or there, like with Roderick Strong at NXT Takeover: New Orleans last year, can make for a great moment, but that was only as shocking and impactful as it was because it hadn’t been done with the group before.

So in answer to your question, of course they have the capability to become an interchangeable group, but they definitely should not.
