WWE Night of Champions 2026 will be a night filled with title matches and the finals of both the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments.
Outside of the matches, fans could see some dramatic turns as longtime partners and stablemates go their separate ways.
These potential betrayals could drastically alter the entire landscape of WWE coming out of the Night of Champions 2026 premium live event.
Here are six potential betrayals at WWE Night of Champions 2026.
6. Raquel Rodriguez turns her back on Liv Morgan
Over the past few months, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez have had some issues with one another in The Judgment Day.
At the WWE Royal Rumble premium live event, Morgan eliminated Rodriguez from the Women’s Royal Rumble Match.
Since then, there has been some underlined tension between the stablemates. While Rodriguez lost to IYO SKY in the Queen of the Ring Semifinals, Morgan will be competing in the Semifinals against Charlotte Flair on the June 19 SmackDown.
If she is able to pick up the win, Morgan will go on to the Queen of the Ring Finals against SKY where Raquel could turn her back on the WWE Women’s World Champion to cost her the crown at Night of Champions 2026.
5. Roxanne Perez costs Liv Morgan the Queen of the Ring

Roxanne Perez joined the Judgment Day faction in June 2025, during Liv Morgan’s injury absence.
Speaking of The Judgment Day, there are more differences going on within the group outside of Raquel Rodriguez.
Liv Morgan has also had some issues with Roxanne Perez where “The Prodigy” has shown some doubts in the family of The Judgment Day.
With Morgan advancing to the Queen of the Ring finals, it presents the perfect opportunity for Roxanne to turn on her Judgment Day stablemate.
Perez costing Liv the Queen of the Ring crown would show her true colors and lead to her splitting from the group once and for all at WWE Night of Champions.
4. Tama Tonga leaves Solo Sikoa & The MFTs
Over the past few months, there have been signs that Tama Tonga might go out on his own as a singles star.
Tonga has picked up some significant wins in singles competition against the likes of Shinsuke Nakamura and Ilja Dragunov.
After teasing that he was targeting the United States Championship, Tonga never even challenged for the title in a singles match.
Tama leaving The MFTs at WWE Night of Champions 2026 should lead to a pivotal matchup with Solo Sikoa that may set him on a different path in his career.
3. Alexa Bliss turns on Charlotte Flair

Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship for 100 days in 2025.
In 2025, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss came together as a partnership and best friends.
This pairing led to the duo winning the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions and became a prominent part of the tag team scene.
Flair recently suffered a crushing singles defeat, losing to Liv Morgan in the Queen of the Ring semifinals on the June 19 SmackDown.
Unable to make it to the finals at WWE Night of Champions, we could see Bliss add to Flair’s woes and end their partnership on the night where Flair dreamed of having a crowning moment.
2. Damian Priest has had enough of R-Truth
In recent weeks, R-Truth and Damian Priest have been targeted by Solo Sikoa and The MFTs.
The June 19 edition of Friday Night SmackDown will saw Truth and Priest defend their WWE Tag Team Championship against The MFTs.
Along the way, Priest has been having troubles with Truth, who is more trusting of the likes of Royce Keys to help them in their feud against The MFTs.
While the duo managed to leave Kansas City as champions, we could soon see Priest turn on Truth and turn heel, and Night of Champions would be a grand stage for such a betrayal.
1. Jacob Fatu & The Usos betray Roman Reigns
At WWE Clash In Italy, Roman Reigns defeated Jacob Fatu in a Tribal Combat Match to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
After the loss, Fatu was forced to acknowledge Reigns as his Tribal Chief and join The Bloodline.
Despite Fatu becoming a loyal soldier for Roman after Acknowledgement Day, there could be an upheaval that leads to other members of the group turning on their Bloodline leader.
Fatu and The Usos betraying Reigns at Night of Champions would be extremely intriguing and lead to some ramifications to WWE television moving forward.
