7. Brock Lesnar (presumably) goes into WrestleMania 34 as Universal Champion
Despite the rumors that some officials within WWE were pushing for Braun Strowman to win the Universal belt at the Rumble, WWE is pushing ahead with plans to keep the belt on Lesnar. His reign has now passed 300 days, and will topple one year by the April 8 WrestleMania date.
Lesnar retained the belt in an 11-minute brawl with Strowman and Kane that saw multiple broken tables and other instances of power-based showmanship. There was a small tease that Strowman’s business with Lesnar was not yet done, but it seems more likely that Lesnar is on a collision course with Reigns for a WrestleMania 31 rematch.
