AEW Dynamite got a lot of people talking this week, with the controversial main event leaving a lot of fans unhappy.
The main event saw Austin and Colten Gunn of the Gunns/Gunn Club/Ass Boys unseat the Acclaimed to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
While the switch came as a surprise to many, it seems as if we will be seeing the Ass Boys on Dynamite for a long time.
Fightful Select (subscription required) has reported that both Austin and Colten Gunn recently re-signed with AEW, and will remain with the company for the forseeable future.
The report did not specify an exact set of terms for their new contract, although Fightful confirmed that the Ass Boys have signed multi-year deals with AEW.
Austin Gunn signed with the company back in January 2020, but Colten never received an official ‘All Elite’ announcement when he was brought into the company.
The Gunn Club re-signing with the company comes at a time where various other top stars have contracts due to expire in the next 12 months.
Dynamite is set to be ruled by the Ass Boys for many years to come.
