Last week’s (May 6) episode of AEW Rampage aired at 5:30pm EST instead of the usual time of 10pm EST.
The show featured the final Women’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament qualifier, which saw Riho defeat Yuka Sakazaki to qualify.
The special start time wasn’t a one off, as Dave Meltzer tweeted today that this week’s episode of Rampage is also set to air at 5:30pm instead of 10.
Furthermore, the following week’s (May 20) episode of Rampage is set to air at 7pm, the hour before WWE SmackDown.
Last week’s Rampage drew the lowest rating in the history of the show in the time slot. For a list of all AEW Rampage ratings for 2022, click here.
