AEW star Bryan Keith has discussed his relationship with two-time WWE Hall of Famer and NXT commentator Booker T.
Earlier this year, “The Bounty Hunter” Bryan Keith became “#ALLELITE” when he officially signed with the promotion.
The 32-year old star was trained by WWE Hall of Famer Booker T at the Reality of Wrestling training school. After an 11-year journey, he is now signed to a major promotion and Booker is still supportive of him.
On the latest edition of the AEW Unrestricted podcast, Bryan Keith discussed his relationship with Booker T. He said:
“Even now, he’s definitely a mentor to me, but he’s more of like a family member at this point.”
“He’s been there at all points of my career, even now with the signing and everything. He’s been super supportive and he’s super knowledgeable with everything, it’s crazy.”
On Booker remaining supportive despite them working for different companies, Keith said:
“Definitely, he’s always been super supportive and he’s always been there for me to ask questions or just learn stuff from.”
“Literally, the guy I am today, the wrestler I am today is because of the good lord upstairs and Booker T. God has graced me with opportunity, and Booker T has given me knowledge.”
Bryan Keith last wrestled in a loss to Kyle O’Reilly in his first match back on the March 16 episode of AEW Collision.
