Following all the recent Max Caster controversy, Anthony Bowens worked a singles match for AEW Dark tonight with Caster nowhere to be seen.
Bowens’ match, which will air next Tuesday, was a loss against PAC. He did not enter to the Acclaimed’s entrance music, which Caster usually raps over.
The Acclaimed (Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) were dropped out of the official AEW rankings today despite being ranked #2 for the last four weeks and ranked for the last 15 weeks.
They worked a match together last week, which was announced for last night’s Dark, but it was pulled from the show and didn’t air.
Caster is set to undergo sensitivity training after his controversial rap that aired on Elevation last week.
There was a report that he had been suspended without pay for two months, but several other sources said that was false.
Caster is still listed on AEW’s roster page on the promotion’s official website.
It's Anthony Bowens vs. PAC right now and damn, is The Bastard over. (No Max Caster with Bowens, btw) #AEWDark @WRESTLEZONEcom pic.twitter.com/9xrUuSfZqh
