Austin Theory Calls WrestleMania Victory Over John Cena ‘Inevitable’ WWE

Austin Theory calls a win over John Cena at WrestleMania “inevitable.”

On the March 6 edition of WWE Raw, John Cena made his return to the company and was confronted by United States Champion Austin Theory.

Theory challenged Cena to a title match at WrestleMania 39, which he originally turned down, but after a verbal beatdown to the U.S. Champion, Cena accepted.

On the March 13 episode of Raw, Theory defeated Angelo Dawkins. On Raw Talk following the show, he declared his eventual win over Cena an inevitablity. Theory said:

“How do I feel? I mean, The Street Profits had a bunch of jokes, they did, but at the end of the show, we all see where the jokes are.”

“It’s The Street Profits. WrestleMania isn’t a joke. No, no, no, because that match is everything. That match is the biggest match. It is the marquee match. It is the top billing. It is Austin Theory vs. John Cena.”

“I’m doing what I said I was going to do since I was a little kid. I said I’d be in the WWE and here I am. After WrestleMania, this title is going to be right here.”

“I’m going to be in the middle of my ring on Monday Night Raw. And you want to know why? Because that is the inevitable. Any more questions?”

As previously reported, John Cena recently addressed Vince McMahon’s sexual misconduct allegations in a new interview.

Cena also referred to believing that Roman Reigns is the greatest of all time during the same interview, which you can read here.
