WWE’s Becky Lynch Shares Honest Thoughts On Her Daughter Potentially Becoming A Wrestler

WWE star Becky Lynch has commented on the possibility of her daughter Roux becoming a wrestler, sharing her honest thoughts on the idea.

Becky Lynch and current World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins welcomed their daughter into the world in December 2020, it seemed an inevitability that Roux would grow up surrounded by wrestling.

Lynch shared a video of Roux helping her with her workout backstage at a WWE show in February, leading many to wonder what Lynch’s stance is on Roux potentially learning to wrestle one day.

Speaking with the New York Post, Lynch noted that while she’s always initially against the idea of Roux wrestling, she often reflects on the fact that wrestling has given her a lot of opportunities.

Lynch said:

“It’s one of those things where I think the knee jerk reaction is to go, ‘Oh no. ‘ And then I go, ‘Why wouldn’t I?’

“It’s afforded me the greatest life I could have ever imagined, my amazing husband, my beautiful daughter, and a world of possibilities.”

Lynch and Rollins both have big matches slated for WrestleMania 40.

Seth Rollins has two matches slated for the April 6-7 event, with the Visionary set to team with Cody Rhodes to face off against The Rock and Roman Reigns, ahead of his World Heavyweight Championship defence against Drew McIntyre.

Becky Lynch will challenge for Rhea Ripley’s WWE Women’s World Title at the show.
