Former AEW Star Opens Up On If He Will Return To The Company AEW

A former AEW star has opened up on if he will return to the company.

Bobby Fish signed with All Elite Wrestling in October 2021 and spent less than one year with the promotion before asking for his release in August 2022.

Fish was a member of the Undisputed Era stable in WWE NXT alongside Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong. After Strong’s recent debut with AEW, every member of Undisputed Era currently works for the company except for Fish.

Speaking with Nick Hausman of Haus of Wrestling, Fish was asked if he will return to AEW. He answered:

“I don’t know. I got my wife. I got my daughters. I got my dog. That’s my every day. Wrestling is literally, it’s a job. I still love it. It’s paying the bills and like, I’m just living my life, and dare I say my best life.”

“I got married in July. There’s never an end to the work to be done on a home, so we’re always putting that in. Those are weekend projects. I’m living my best life. Whether or not that circles back around, you know, time will tell.”

On whether he has spoken to Tony Khan since leaving AEW, Fish said:

“No. Not really. I think the last time I crossed paths with him would have been at Jay Briscoe’s services.”

As previously reported, Bobby Fish also provided an update on Kyle O’Reilly’s recovery following his neck surgery.
