Chelsea Green & Sonya Deville Get High Praise From WWE Hall Of Famer

One Hall of Famer had high praise for the newest WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville.

Chelsea shared a clip originally shared by a fan of an interview moment where Mick Foley made a suprise appearance to drop a big compliment.

It isn’t everyday that an interview with a current WWE champ includes a legendary run-in but that is exactly what happened when Mick Foley stopped to share some high praise when he ran into Chelsea Green.

With Mick Foley dropping in shot to say:

“Chelsea and Sonya are amazing champions so, this is Chelsea’s time but long may they reign!”

With that, Foley scooted out of frame again, potentially fearful of the wrath of Green’s on-screen persona!

Chelsea Green may play very much a heel on television, but it hasn’t stopped the act from getting a ton of praise on social media from fans and colleagues alike since the victory.

It is genuinely nice to see an outpouring of support for a wrestler when something amazing happens for them so despite the fact it breaks her kayfabe Karen persona to be an actually lovely human.
