Chris Jericho Enters New AEW Feud To Kick Off AEW Dynamite Holiday Bash AEW

Just a week removed from the most shocking result in AEW Dynamite history, Chris Jericho has found his next rival in AEW.

Last week, Jericho was defeated by the debuting Action Andretti in shocking fashion, but before that he had an interview with Tony Schiavone.

Jericho said that Claudio Castagnoli’s reign as the ROH World Championship would be a flash in the pan, just like Ricky Starks.

Starks was unsuccessful in taking the Big Burberry Belt from MJF in the main event of last week’s show.

Starks kicked off tonight’s show, where he said that he would win the title, and this was just the beginning for him in the company.

Jericho then came to the ring and asked Starks to join the Jericho Appreciation Society, which obviously he rejected.

Starks then said that Jericho’s stock has plummeted after his loss to Action Andretti, and that the J in JAS should instead stand for ‘jobbers’.

Starks then challenged Jericho to a match on the January 4 episode of AEW Dynamite, before Jake Hager jumped Starks from behind.

Jericho, Hager, Daniel Garcia and Sammy Guevara then attacked Starks until Action Andretti came running to the save.

Andretti and Starks worked together to dispose of the JAS.
