Brandi Rhodes Reacts To Cody Rhodes Slapping The Rock On WWE SmackDown

Brandi Rhodes has reacted to her husband Cody slapping The Rock at the end of this week’s SmackDown broadcast (March 8).

The closing segment of this week’s sold-out SmackDown from Dallas, TX’s American Airlines Center, saw The Rock and Roman Reigns’ WrestleMania 40 Night One challenge answered for a high-stakes tag team match on April 6.

Unsurprisingly, Seth Rollins and Cody accepted the challenge, but that’s not where the segment ended, as Rock and Reigns ran down their opponents on the microphone, as well as introducing brand new, even higher stakes for the tag team bout.

What appeared to cross the line for The American Nightmare however, came when Rock told Cody that he was an “accident”, due to the age gap between he and two of his siblings Kristen Runnels-Ditto and Dustin Runnels.

This led to Cody finally giving Rock a taste of his own medicine and slapping The Great One right across the face as the broadcast came to a close.

In reaction to her husband’s defiant actions, Brandi Rhodes took to Twitter to comment – posting a GIF as well as the following message:

That’s for Pharaoh and thinking every night is open mic night.

As referenced by Cody on Raw (March 4), Rock recently made comments mentioning The Rhodes Family dog Pharaoh, something that clearly has not gone down well with either Cody or Brandi.
