After first reporting that Rob Van Dam would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, Fightful Select (subscription required) has reported that current WWE star Titus O’Neil will be inducted as well.
This induction will be as the Warrior Award recipient, who is meant to be someone who “exhibited unwavering strength and perseverance, and who live life with the courage and compassion that embodies the indomitable spirit of the Ultimate Warrior,” as put by WWE.
The ceremony will be taking place in Tampa, Florida. This is where O’Neil has done a considerable about of charity work throughout his life.
Titus O’Neil made his WWE debut in 2010 as part of the second season of the original NXT. Since then he has won the WWE Tag Team Championship with Darren Young and became the first-ever 24/7 Champion.
O’Neil wrestled his more recent match back in November of 2020, where he lost to Bobby Lashley.
