Goldberg Returns To WWE Raw, Match Official For SummerSlam

Well, it was widely reported over the past week and tonight on Raw it was made official, Goldberg will be facing Dolph Ziggler at WWE SummerSlam this Sunday.

Ziggler was a guest along with Shawn Michaels on Miz TV on Raw, when Miz pointed out that Dolph failed to read the small print when signing the contract for their match.

It was initially set to be Miz vs. Ziggler at SummerSlam, but that match will now be taking place on Raw next week, with Miz saying Ziggler would instead be facing someone else on Sunday, that “someone else” of course being Goldberg.

Goldberg stormed out to the ring to confront Dolph, but the ‘Showoff’ fled, as Bill signed the contract and declared “you’re next” to the former World Champion.

Dolph’s bad night got just a tad worse when Shawn Michaels Superkicked him on the stage as the show went off the air.

This will be Goldberg’s first match since his heavily criticized encounter with the Undertaker at Super ShowDown in June.
