Hall Of Famer Wants To Challenge The Miz For WWE Title

A WWE Hall of Famer has reacted to The Miz winning the WWE Championship and it sounds like he wants to step back in the ring.

At Elimination Chamber 2011, The Miz defended the WWE Title during his first reign against Jerry Lawler.

Now that Miz has cashed in Money in the Bank to become champion again, Lawler has joked about wanting a rematch, tweeting:

Almost ten years ago, to the day, at #eliminationchamber2011 I wrestled @mikethemiz for the @WWE Title…I think it’s time for the rematch

Miz is now a two-time WWE Champion after cashing in his Money in the Bank contract on Drew McIntyre after McIntyre had just retained in a Chamber match and been ambushed by Bobby Lashley.

Despite the title win, reports suggest that Miz is not planned to be involved in the WWE Title match at WrestleMania in April, but Bobby Lashley is.
