Karrion Kross Speaks About Moment WWE Brought Back ‘No More Words’ For Jeff Hardy

Jeff Hardy was released from WWE on Thursday (December 9) after refusing WWE’s offer for rehab following an incident at a WWE live event last weekend.

With Hardy’s release, many fans on Twitter have been reflecting on their favourite Jeff Hardy memories. One fan reminisced about Hardy’s theme song ‘No More Words’ returning earlier this year.

Hardy brought back the theme song on the July 19 episode of Raw, which was the first episode of Raw since WWE returned to live audiences, when he defeated then-NXT Champion Karrion Kross, who was making his main roster debut.

The moment No More Words hit, Kross was seen smiling on camera before it cut away. Kross was asked about his reaction to this moment on Twitter earlier today, to which he responded, saying the reaction was genuine as neither he or Hardy knew the song would play.

Kross said:

“This may surprise a lot of people but honestly- working with Jeff was a career highlight for me. Grew up buying all his shirts, love him as a human being. Had a ton of fun working house shows with him too. Him & I were hoping they’d play that song as he requested it back for fans.

“Jeff and I didn’t know if they were going to play it. We were happy they did. He wanted it back for you guys”

Kross himself was released from WWE on November 4, and has since landed a lead role in an upcoming action movie.
