WWE has taken to its website and social media to confirm a ladder match for this coming Wednesday’s December 2 episode of NXT on the USA Network.
The match will be Shotzi Blackheart vs Raquel Gonzalez, with the winner earning the advantage for their team in WarGames at TakeOver on December 6.
This will mark the second week in a row that there’s been a ladder match with TakeOver implications.
This past week, Pete Dunne beat Kyle O’Reilly to earn the advantage for his team. It’ll be Pat McAfee, Dunne, Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan against the Undisputed ERA.
For the women’s match, Candice LeRae leads her team which also includes Toni Storm, Dakota Kai and Gonzalez. Blackheart’s teammates haven’t been revealed yet.
We will of course have live coverage of this coming week’s NXT, as well as the ‘Winter is Coming’ edition of AEW Dynamite.
