WWE Raw Live Results – November 26, 2018

04:01am

Well. More Corbin-based shenanigans.

It was quite a slow match as Corbin had most of the offense, and the crowd was dead.

Just as Finn began to get back into it, Baron grabbed a mic and said the match was now a 2-on-1 handicap match – Finn Bálor vs. Baron Corbin and DREW McINTYRE.

McIntyre hit the Claymore and won.

And then Lashley came out again and they destroyed Bálor.

Cole: “What is the point?!” I concur Michael, I concur.

That show was truly dreadful.

03:38am

Yep, that was a thing. Here’s the gist:

Question: If either of you could change anything about the Raw women’s division?

Bayley: Nothing.

Sasha: Send Alexa back to SmackDown.

Bayley: Send Alexa back to HELL where she came from.

Blimey.

And then Mickie James, Alicia Fox and Dana Brooke (for some reason) ambushed Banks and Bayley.

And then the segment ended.

Up next it’s Bálor vs. Corbin. THE JOY!

03:28am

In what was a really good match, but still one that we have seen numerous, numerous, numerous times, Rollins retains the IC Title.

He actually got the pin with the Superplex/Falcon Arrow which was surprising but also cool, I suppose.

Up next, is this (doesn’t look promising, does it?):

03:02am

It’s Ziggler.

Sums up this show.

02:53am

Jinder wins with the Khallas in a standard, pretty boring match.

Seth’s Open Challenge next. Please be someone good. Please be someone good. Please be someone good.

02:46am

Ember won, Curt Hawkins celebrated, No Way Jose came out and they conga’d.

Jinder vs. Jose next.

I think they’re genuinely just putting on the absolute worst show they possibly can at this point.

02:40am

Curt Hawkins is Braun Strowman’s MMC replacement. Pretty much like-for-like if you ask me.

Ember takes on Alicia Fox next in a preview of tomorrow’s MMC match.

02:32am

Drake took the robe backstage.

He found a toilet.

He put it in the toilet.

He pissed on it.

AOP won.

02:26am

For some reason, Maverick has stolen Roode’s robe and walked up the stage to do the Glorious pose.

There is also a Tag Team Championship match going on.

02:16am

More piss jokes.

Still not funny.

AOP defend against Roode and Gable next.

02:12am

Nia boasts about breaking Becky’s face and cuts one of the most monotonous promos I’ve ever witnessed on how she’s going to beat Ronda at TLC.

Ronda comes out, and challenges Nia to a match… right now.

Nia rejects, and she and Tamina close in on Ronda and look about to attack. Natalya comes out to try to make the save, but she ends up being ambushed by the Riott Squad.

What an utter mess.

02:02am

They just called Lars Sullivan “the most sought after free agent in WWE history.” Oh my God.

And now everyone’s favorite professional wrestler Nia Jax is here.

01:55am

The Revival moan about the Lucha House Rules. Rightfully. Because the Lucha House Rules are absolutely stupid. The Luchas have a completely unfair 3-on-2 advantage, yet they are supposed to be the babyfaces. Baffling.

And then we get another Lucha House Rules match because watching Raw is the equivalent of sticking a rusty pitchfork in your eyes.

Luchas won.

01:46am

A pre-recorded Dean Ambrose promo from his “personal physician”, in which he accuses everyone in Milwaukee of carrying ebola and a host of other viruses.

And then he pulls his pants down and gets an injection.

I don’t know either.

And now it’s time for everyone’s least favorite variety of house party… a lucha one.

01:39am

Corbin fires the lighting guy that turned the lights off for Elias.

And then Alexa Bliss walks up, and volunteers herself to help Corbin out. Baron says that Alexa can oversee the entire women’s division, and they give each other that really cringeworthy “I have to pretend to like you” look.

And then they shook hands. What a gentleman Alexa is.

01:32am

Shenanigans.

Elias launches a comeback, but as he goes for the pin on Lashley, Rush pulls the ref out the ring.

The ref calls for a DQ and an Elias win, and then Corbin makes it a no DQ match. Like he does every single match that’s ever happened.

And now Rush, Drew and Corbin are all beating down on Elias, and because it’s no DQ, it’s fine.

And then Lashley breaks his guitar. Blimey, he’s hard.

Shades of the Strowman beatdown at ringside, and then Lashley gets an easy pin.

It’s basically just Strowman, Ziggler and Drew, but it’s Corbin, Lashley and… Drew.

01:22am

Lashley is dominating this one.

McIntyre, Corbin and Rush are all at ringside, so it’s essentially just a 4-on-1 massacre at this point.

If they don’t stop prefacing “Lashley” with “the Almighty” EVERY SINGLE TIME, there’s a chance I may explode.

01:14am

They play a video of Strowman sat on his surgery bed, essentially saying that when he does return, he’s going to destroy Corbin, Lashley and McIntyre.

Baron is very confident that Strowman won’t be cleared for TLC, and is demanding to be referred to as the “General Manager Elect.”

The lights go out, we hear a guitar strum, and the sensational Elias appears on the stage. Elias says that Lio Rush would be a better GM than Corbin despite violating child labor laws, and Drake Maverick would be better… and he pissed himself. PISS HAHAHAHAHA. I admit, it was slightly funny this time, but only because Elias said it.

He then sings a song about how Bobby Lashley sucks, and after the break, we’re set for Elias vs. Lashley.

01:05am

Raw opens with Acting General Manager Baron Corbin in the ring, joined by Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley (and Lio Rush, of course), who all battered Braun Strowman last week to put him out of action.

They are now playing a replay of last week’s beatdown. Of course, Braun is legitimately set for surgery on a bone spur in his elbow, and will be out of action for a short while, potentially putting his TLC match against Corbin in jeopardy.

Remember the absolutely epic Baron Corbin vs. Finn Bálor feud that went on forever? Guess what – it’s back! It’s going to be another long night, isn’t it?

Braun Strowman was assaulted last week by Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley and his scheduled opponent for TLC Baron Corbin, and we now know that Strowman will be off TV for the time being to undergo surgery on a bone spur in his elbow, putting the TLC bout in doubt.

But yeah… Corbin vs. Bálor episode 3487 tonight. Cannot wait! He says, lying.

In more positive news, Seth Rollins is holding an Intercontinental Championship Open Challenge tonight! They could give it to a magnificent worker who is guaranteed to have a boss match with Seth, such as Mustafa Ali. They could give it to a surprise NXT callup like EC3 or even Lars Sullivan. They could even give it to Bray Wyatt who just returned at Starrcade. Or they could give it to Jinder Mahal. Odds on Dean turning up in some capacity?

And the IC Title isn’t the only title up for grabs tonight, as AOP will be defending their Raw Tag Team Championships against Bobby Roode and Chad Gable, by virtue of Roode and Gable’s roll-up win last week. HAHAHAHAHAHA PISS HAHAHAHAHHAA! Stop please.

In other stuff, there will likely be some build towards Ronda Rousey vs. everyone’s favorite professional wrestler Nia Jax for the Raw Women’s Title at TLC, and Elias faces Bobby Lashley’s bum.
