Charlotte Flair def. Asuka – UWFi rules

Despite the match having the added UWFi rule stipulation, Charlotte picked up the win with a roll-up.

She cut a promo before the match on Ronda Rousey, with Rousey apparently being booed quite heavily, despite not even being there tonight.

Charlotte vs. Asuka will be contested under UWFi rules.

This is a more ‘shoot’ style of wrestling that originated in Japan, whereby a more hard-hitting and realistic style is employed, and a points system is at play if need be.

Time for a mid-show intermission right now – just some clarification on that last match.

Wyatt defeated Corbin first off, but the acting Raw GM restarted it as a no DQ match. This was when Elias and Bálor came out to batter Corbin and help Wyatt win a second time.

A tribute video to the late, great ‘American Dream’ Dusty Rhodes airs on the screen for the live crowd in attendance.

Rhodes defeated Ric Flair for the NWA Worlds Championship at the same event in 1985, which also prompted the iconic ‘Hard Times’ promo.
