A major WWE star has reflected on their backstage interaction with The Rock at last night’s Day 1 Raw in San Diego.
The Rock made his return to WWE television at last night’s Day 1 special episode of Raw in San Diego, where he was the mystery ‘former WWE Champion’ teased by Triple H over the weekend.
WWE shared a video of Rock backstage at the show giving a hug to Becky Lynch, as the two once shared a segment together on the premiere episode of SmackDown on FOX in 2019.
At the end of his segment on last night’s show, The Rock laid out a major tease for a potential match against Roman Reigns, which has been highly anticipated for many years.
Taking to Instagram, Becky shared a photo of her and The Rock backstage, alongside the caption:
One of us was asking the other for advice on how to beat up their cousin.
Becky was also in action on last night’s show, when she was defeated in the opening match by Nia Jax in a match five years in the making.
