AEW star Mercedes Mone and STARDOM wrestler Hazuki have exchanged messages following Collision, ahead of their Owen Hart Foundation Tournament semifinal bout.

With the returning Mone defeating Alex Windsor in their tournament quarterfinal match on the June 3 Dynamite episode, the June 6 Collision show saw the CEO’s opponent for the next round determined.

Following Hazuki defeating Persephone to advance to the semifinals, Mone attacked Persephone, and then Hazuki, with Hazuki hitting a suicide dive after the duo were separated by security.

Hazuki has now taken to social media to send a warning to Mercedes Mone, with the Japanese star tweeting:

You’re my next target!!!

The CEO re-shared Hazuki’s message, telling her to keep aiming.

Mercedes Mone responded:

Keep aiming, Hazuki. The difference is… I never miss 🎯🤑

With Wednesday’s (June 10) semifinal match on Dynamite set to be Mone’s second of the year for AEW following her almost-six month hiatus, many fans are expecting her to defeat Hazuki and advance to the finals at Forbidden Door.

It would make a lot of sense to have Mone in this year’s finals, with the 2025 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament winner to either win back to back tournaments, or officially be dethroned by the eventual 2026 tournament winner.

While there are several names who could be poised to win the best this year, another tournament victory would allow Mone to pursue the one championship which has alluded her since joining the company, the AEW Women’s World Championship.

After a run which saw her hold numerous championships simultaneously in promotions all over the world, an AEW Women’s World Championship reign would allow her to finish the story.
