MJF Accuses Tony Khan Of Being A ‘F**king Mark’ Over Missed Meet And Greet

MJF Accuses Tony Khan Of Being A ‘F**king Mark’ Over Missed Meet And Greet AEW

MJF is not one to shy away from speaking his mind or making headlines, as the Salt of the Earth has commented on missing a scheduled meet and greet he was due to attend prior to AEW Double or Nothing in Las Vegas on May 29 2022.

MJF’s absence led to speculation that he had left Las Vegas altogether, which turned out not to be true as MJF did appear at Double or Nothing where he was ultimately stretchered out following his match with Wardlow.

In an interview with NotSamWrestling, MJF was asked why he missed the meet and greet, and he did not hold back on his response.

MJF said:

“My company lost $10,000 that day, and I say my company because they are employing me. For the time being. I did not go because my boss, at that time, was being a f***ing mark.

“If you don’t want to pay me what I’m worth, daddy does not show up to work. Daddy got the money. Daddy is back. Now me and Tony Khan are best friends. Tony Khan, great guy.

“When I stayed in said hotel room, they did a wellness check on me and the AEW security, this is a very true story, tried to break my door down. At the time, I had already left.

“They did the check, he literally went to kick my door down on a wellness check. That was everybody’s fear. ‘Is this MJF’s Brian Pillman moment?’ No, it was MJF trying to make what MJF deserves to be making.

“I have understood that there are some people who were really let down or offended. What I say to you is, ‘I don’t care, get over it. I’m happy now. If you’re a fan of me, you should be happy too because I’m stupid…I was rich before, but now I’m so rich I don’t even know what to do. If you want the fans to see me and experience me on any level, pay me what I’m worth.’

He did, and we’re cool.”

As for that rumored plane ticket, MJF refused to comment, saying, “I cannot confirm or deny whether or not a plane ticket was bought.”

MJF recently defeated Wheeler Yuta by submission during the AEW Dynamite Anniversary edition on October, 5, which was his first match since his defeat to Wardlow at Double or Nothing.

In a peculiar turn of events, MJF looked to be in conflict when Yuta presented his hand for a handshake. After Lee Moriarity stormed into the ring and struck Wheeler, MJF yelled that he had not told Moriarity to deliver the blow.

Stokely Hathaway then presented MJF with the Dynamite Diamond ring, but MJF hilariously backed down when William Regal stepped away from the announcement table bearing brass knuckles.
