MJF Reveals Top Stars He Wanted To Face While Training To Become A Wrestler AEW

MJF has revealed the top stars he wanted to face while training to become a wrestler.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman is one of the top stars in all of pro wrestling at the age of 27 years old and has reigned as the AEW World Champion with classic matches against the likes of Bryan Danielson, Darby Allin, “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry and Sammy Guevara.

Before reaching the mountaintop of All Elite Wrestling, Friedman has faced a who’s who of the top stars in the promotion from Jon Moxley to Chris Jericho.

On July 10, MJF took to Twitter to post a photo of an old note he wrote on the wrestlers he wanted to face when training to become a wrestler. Revealing that Cody Rhodes and Adam Cole made his list, he tweeted:

Today my trainer @buckneverstops cleaned out his car and found something from 2014!!!

When I entered @CreateAPro all the students were asked to do an exercise where we write out three opponents.

The first one being someone you’d like to wrestle that was a genuine possibility.

The second and third being two active wrestlers that were dream opponents.

This is what I wrote.

MJF defeated Cody Rhodes at AEW Revolution 2020, while he recently wrestled Adam Cole in a 30 minute time limit draw on the June 14 episode of AEW Dynamite.
