An NJPW star has made their debut appearance for AEW after a recent tease poster before last night’s Collision show.
Prior to last night’s AEW Collision show, NJPW star Taiji Ishimori took to Twitter, where he took a picture of the set for Collision, seemingly teasing an upcoming appearance on the show.
While Ishimori didn’t end up actually appearing on the Collision broadcast, he was in action on the Ring of Honor tapings that took place after last night’s show in Springfield, Missouri.
The results of the ROH tapings can be found below, per PWInsider:
*Komander pinned Blake Christian.
*Taiji Ishimori pinned Watts.
*Johnny TV pinned Dalton Castle to gain possession of The Boys.
*Lee Johnson pinned Mike Sydal.
*The Infrantry won a Four Way, defeating the Workhorsemen, Gringo Loco & Jack Cartwheel and Angelico & Serpentico.
AEW also taped next week’s episode of Rampage following Collision last night, which featured the AEW debuts of two international stars, as well as the return of a popular former world champion, which you can see here.
