NXT held it’s Spring Breakin’ special episode of the show last night (April 25), which featured two championship matches.
The show was headlined by an NXT Women’s Championship three-way match, with Indi Hartwell defending the title against Roxanne Perez and Tiffany Stratton.
The show was not without it’s downsides, with Hartwell suffering an injury during the match, though she was still able to finish the match and retain her title.
Per Wrestlenomics, this week’s episode of the show drew 647,000 viewers and scored a 0.18 in the 18-49 demographic.
The numbers are up from last week’s show, which drew in 565,000 viewers and scored a 0.14 in the demographic.
The show saw Tony D’Angelo and Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo defeat Pretty Deadly in a ‘Trunk match’ before ‘taking care’ of them to close out the show.
The angle was seemingly shot to write Pretty Deadly off the show ahead of an impending main roster call up in the WWE Draft.
