NXT Star Attacks Bayley On WWE Smackdown

It was rumored earlier in the day that several NXT superstars were being flown in for WWE Smackdown due to the flight delays today.  It was also announced NXT would be taking part in Survivor Series.

Another announcement made today was Bayley would be taking on Nikki Cross for the Smackdown Women’s Title.  Bayley defeated Nikki Cross with a new DDT style finisher.

After the match, Bayley was celebrating in the Ring.  The camera cut to Sasha Banks, who had accompanied Bayley to the ring for the match.

Coming in from the crowd, NXT Women’s Champion attacked Sasha Banks.  She shoved her into the ring post.

Baszler then turned her attention to Bayley.  She hopped in the ring and then deliver a blow right to Bayley’s face.

The crowd went nuts. Baszler continued the attack.

With Cross, Bayley, and Banks all laid out, Baszler cooly put back on her jacket and walked back out through the crowd.

Shayna came across like an absolute superstar.  No one made mention of Survivor series, but this could easily be spun into an angle at Survivor Series where the women’s champions could face off.

Baszler wasn’t the only NXT superstars to show up.  Keith Lee and Matt Riddle also took out Sami Zayn.
