The identities of NXT’s Diamond Mine have finally been revealed with Roderick Strong returning to the show as part of the faction.
The faction made their awaited debut on tonight’s (June 22) episode of NXT. After the main event between Kushida and Kyle O’Reilly, Strong attacked Kushida while being flanked by Tyler Rust and Hideki Suzuki.
They were also being represented by Malcolm Bivens who declared that the Diamond Mine is now open.
Roderick Strong had previously tendered his resignation from NXT in kayfabe. This was the first appearance he has made since his resignation.
This is the latest faction to be formed in NXT, joining the likes of The Way and Hit Row.
