At last night’s NXT house show in Atlanta, Karen Q suffered a broken leg during her tag match in which she and Bianca Belair faced Rhea Ripley and Reina Gonzalez.
Karen confirmed the injury in the tweet below:
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to finish the #NXTRoadTrip. I’m so proud of the matches I had this weekend and grateful to have the best family, friends & coworkers. My leg is broken, but I will be back! Thanks to all who have reached out and showed me love! #HoldMyDrinkIllBeBack pic.twitter.com/0KFgnm2RLt

The incident occurred as Karen was performing a bridging pin on Ripley, but Gonzalez came down on her to break it up. There is video footage at this link.
We would of course like to wish Karen Q the very best in her recovery.
There was also a potential injury at the Fort Pierce house show last night, as Dave Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio that Rachael Ellering “blew out” her knee during her match against Lacey Lane, but there are no further details on that as this time.
