Tonight’s edition of NXT 2.0 (July 12) had announcements for three major events set to occur on next week’s edition of the show.
Announced by WWE to occur on the July 19, 2022 show are a title bout, an in-ring debut and another debut (of sorts.)
An NXT UK Tag Team Title Match pitting former champs, Pretty Deadly against the current champs who went across the pond and came home with the gold, NXT 2.0’s Briggs & Jensen.
Also announced, the recently debuted JD McDonagh will take on Cameron Grimes after their in-ring promo face off tonight.
According to Joe Gacy, the Dyad are ready to reveal themselves and according to NXT on Twitter, Axiom will debut.
This will be a debut for the new gimmick of ‘Axiom’ for former NXT UK star, A-Kid now that he too is stateside.
