WWE
A popular star has removed WWE from their Twitter name.
There has been plenty of controversial and conversation in regards to Sasha Banks in recent months.
Following her walkout alongside Naomi from WWE in May, reports have circulated that the former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion will return now that Vince McMahon has retired and Triple H has taken over creative.
Despite those reports, it seems like Banks has continued to distance herself from the promotion by changing her name on social media.
On Twitter, Wrestlingnews.co posted a screenshot of Sasha Banks’ Twitter page where her name has been changed from @SashaBanksWWE to her real name of @MercedesVarnado.
Sasha Banks has been seen in public more and more as of late, with appearances at New York Fashion Week and the She-Hulk premiere alongside Naomi.
After the She-Hulk premiere, Banks had her car broken into. Bayley has provided an update on the robbery, which you can read here.
