Potential WWE Target Set To Be Free Agent At End Of 2023 WWE

A new report has revealed a potential WWE target in NWA’s Kamille is set to be a free agent at the end of 2023.

Former NWA Women’s World Champion Kamille has established herself as a top star for the promotion and held the title as the face of their women’s division for 812 days.

In the past, Kamille has expressed interest in joining WWE after her time in the National Wrestling Alliance is done.

Per PWInsider, multiple sources have confirmed that the former NWA Women’s World Champion’s deal with NWA is set to expire at the end of 2023.

With Kamille set to be a free agent in January 2024, many fans might be wondering where she stands with NWA and Billy Corgan currently.

The report notes that the two sides are on good terms and there is the possibility she could continue to appear for the company without being signed to an exclusive deal.

Several current and former talent have worked without exclusive contracts, including Matt Cardona.

Kamille has been a regular on the NWA roster since October 2018, when she debuted as Nick Aldis’ “insurance policy” before becoming the centerpiece of the company’s women’s division.

The potential WWE target will be making her acting debut in the upcoming Mildred Burke film, portraying former Women’s World Champion June Byers.

The report also confirms that Kamille’s husband Thom Latimer is still signed with the National Wrestling Alliance and there is no change to his status.

WrestleTalk will provide further updates on Kamille’s free agent status when they become available.
