Prior to WWE Clash of Champions, Erick Rowan attacked Daniel Bryan and put him through the announce table.
This not only confirmed that Bryan and Rowan’s alliance was over, but seeming consolidated Bryan’s position as a babyface once again.
This would certainly make sense, as reports have emerged suggesting that WWE is planning to have Bryan and Roman Reigns team up to take on Luke Harper and Erick Rowan in the future.
Despite being one of the best heel characters from 2018-19, it appears that Daniel Bryan is now definitely a babyface based on his actions on house shows recently.
At a live event in Manila, Philippines, Daniel Bryan and Kofi Kingston wrestled over the WWE Championship.
However, the match was booked to be babyface vs. babyface instead of the typical babyface vs. heel.
This is rather interesting, as no one seemingly knows where this Daniel Bryan, Erick Rowan and Roman Reigns storyline is going.
However, some have speculated that Bryan’s face turn might not last long, with Bryan eventually being revealed as the mastermind behind Roman Reigns’ attacks, aligning himself with Erick Rowan and Luke Harper.
