Report: Finish To WWE SmackDown Match Changed On The Fly

Chelsea Green made her debut on WWE SmackDown tonight. It seemed to be a very odd debut. Green disappeared after the commercial break and wasn’t seen again.

It seems odd WWE would debut a new superstar to only give her a few minutes of action. Now, according to a report from Fightful Select, the reason behind the odd debut may be revealed.

“The debuting Chelsea Green was taken out of the match early on. Green was originally slated to win the match, but a change had to be called on the fly that saw Liv Morgan get the pin. We’re told the situation was ‘hectic.'”

While the report doesn’t specifically say injured, the final wording in the Fightful post wished her the best and a quick recovery.
