It’s being reported that the released WWE NXT star who is blamed for leaking an AEW spoiler has returned to the Performance Center.
A few months ago Chris Jericho mentioned that an “NXT reject” was responsible for leaking the news that Eric Bischoff would be hosting the debate segment with Orange Cassidy.
Fightful Select is now reporting that Tino Sabbatelli was the name Jericho was referring to and he was back at the PC this past week. The report is not confirming that it was definitely Sabbatelli who leaked the news – just that he’s who people in AEW blame for it.
Sabbatelli was released by WWE in April as part of the company’s cost-cutting measures.
He wrestled one match for AEW on Dark but hadn’t been brought back following the Bischoff leak situation.
In that match he went by the name Sabby and teamed with Brady Pierce in a loss to the Best Friends.
