WWE’s top power couple Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins and Becky Lynch have addressed the possibility of their daughter Roux following in their footsteps.
Appearing on NBC’s Today Show, Rollins and Lynch discussed July 1’s Premium Live Event, Money in the Bank and their respective matches in London.
Eventually however, the topic turned to the pair’s young daughter Roux and a potential future career path for her inside the squared-circle.
Rollins and Lynch were asked about Roux’s potential prospects in WWE, and if they’d be open to their daughter pursuing a wrestling career.
Lynch answered:
“I think she’s got some pretty great trainers, if she decides to.
“He (Seth) has got a wrestling school.”
Rollins then discussed his Black and Brave wrestling school in his hometown of Davenport, Iowa, saying:
“Yeah, yeah, I do have a wrestling school, we started it about a decade ago in Davenport.
“Yeah, I started it up there, I just wanted to have a place where kids could go to learn the right way.”
Lynch previously opened up about her struggles with post-weaning depression earlier this year, which you can read more about right here.
Rollins and Lynch have both undoubtedly carved out hall of fame level careers over their time in WWE, with neither looking likely to slow down any time soon.
As for Money in the Bank, Rollins will defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Finn Balor in a grudge match seven years in the making.
Becky Lynch on the other hand will attempt to win her first ever Money in the Bank contract, perhaps the last thing ‘The Man’ has left to check off her WWE bucket list.
Lynch recently commented on Rollins’ title match with Balor at Money in the Bank, revealing she has a “conflict of interest” in the match – to read more click here.
