Seth Rollins Names First-Ever Moment He Wants At WWE WrestleMania 40 WWE

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins has named a first-ever moment he hopes to happen at WrestleMania 40.

With the much-discussed WrestleMania 40 Kick-Off press event (February 8) sending fan anticipation for the Grandest Stage of Them All into overdrive, Rollins has named what he hopes to see at the event.

Despite all the exciting creative possibilities at the event, Rollins has instead named something completely separate from the in-ring action on his WrestleMania wish-list – that being the first ever appearance of snow at the Grandest Stage of Them All.

Speaking to The Rich Eisen Show, Rollins explained why he feels snow would be fitting given the location of this year’s event:

“Outdoors. Going to be cold. I’m hoping for snow. I’m hoping for the first WrestleMania with some snow.

“You know what I mean? Winter gets pushed back a little bit more every single year, so maybe we’ll get some snow. I just want the atmosphere. I want the whole Philly feel. I want it.

“I’m used to the cold. I get it. I understand playing out in the winter, man. I used to wrestle with my buddies out in the front lawn in the snow. We dug it.”

While snow would make a unique aesthetic for WrestleMania, WWE will be hoping that a repeat of WrestleMania 37 doesn’t occur – with that event hit with weather related delays to the show beginning.

Despite being mixed up with all the drama involving Cody Rhodes, The Rock and Roman Reigns at the WrestleMania 40 Kick-Off event, it’s not yet known whether Rollins will factor into the storyline come April 6-7.

What has been confirmed however, is Rollins will defend his World Heavyweight Championship against the winner of the men’s Elimination Chamber, with qualifiers for the match beginning on the February 9 edition of SmackDown.
