Top WWE Star Says He Has Been Working With Lower Back Injury Since 2019 WWE

A top WWE star says he has been working with a lower back injury since 2019.

At WWE Night of Champions, Seth Rollins defeated AJ Styles to become the inaugural World Heavyweight Champion.

Since then, Rollins has scored wins over the likes of Finn Balor, Damian Priest and Bron Breakker across WWE’s premium live events, Raw and NXT.

Appearing on the latest edition of Impaulsive, Logan Paul asked Seth Rollins if there is anything he does to maintain his physique. He answered:

“No, honestly I just do my same thing. I try to just change my training up based on how I feel, and like there’s constant injuries. My knee has been bugging me since before WrestleMania, I was having issues with that, you know, my neck acting up.”

“My lower back has been at me since like 2019, probably should get some surgery on that, but trying to just do whatever I can to make sure I don’t need it, as I have a couple of stress fractures back there.”

When the other co-host asked Rollins about stem cells, Seth replied:

“So I tried some stem cells, I’ve done a couple of stem cell treatments and I found that they were temporarily helpful. And I wasn’t taking time off, I wasn’t just idling while I was on the stem cells, I was still working pretty much working a full-time schedule with WWE.”

“I found that temporarily, helpful, but long time it had kind of faded off a little bit. I’d say I got maybe about like four or five months of ‘oooh, okay!’”
